The Operating System Is More Intuitive –Many people claim that the Mac OS X is more intuitive and natural to use than Windows, though this all comes down to personal preference. The best way to test this is to visit a computer store and compare various elements side by side. Remember, there is going to be a learning curve when switching from one operating system to another, but you may find the learning time is worth it.
You Can Now Use Windows On The Mac –Some people have held back from switching in the past because they’re used to using a few specific Windows programs. The good news is that you can now have all the benefits of a well designed Mac computer, but still use any Windows programs that you want to carry over. Macs now come with Boot Camp – software that’ll allow you to boot up Windows when you need to (though you do need to purchase a Windows license separately). This itself is a great reason as to why switch to a Mac as you get great Windows performance and all the software. Basecamp will also work with your standard USB peripherals.
You Already Own Other Apple Products –More and more people are now opting for Mac computers and laptops after being introduced to Apple through iOS on the iPhone or iPod Touch. Both of these devices, and the iPad, need to use iTunes for transferring apps, music, videos and more. iTunes works far better on a Mac than it does on Windows, and people used to Apple’s stylishly-designed products may find it natural to make the switch with their PC too.
So why switch to a Mac?
